Thumb Tip Eczema due to food allergy?


This morning I noticed that my right thumb has a “Thumb Tip Eczema” condition just next to the fingernail on the right side of the finger. When pressed, the sore location is painful. I would try to get it photographed and show it to you.

The cause of the eczema is probably due my allergy to the sambal in the sambal bean curd I took on last Sunday with QK.

Why Banana is good for you?

Smelly stools caused by unhealthy diet?

Changes in your diet will cause changes in the smell (and texture) of your stool.

As a near vegetarian, my food is mainly low fat and non-fried. This near-vegetarian diet causes less odour in my stools.

A family member of mine with unhealthy diet has very smelly stools or very foul-smelling stools. Some people say that fat seem to cause smellier stools. So next time before you put any food into your mouth, you may want to check whether it is healthy!
