My Ten Commandments for Today Version 2 (Ref: H08A12)


1. Use My time wisely. Have a daily goal(s) and plan

2. Do at least a good deed no matter how trivial

3. Eat the right foods

4. Drink 2 litres of water daily

5. Good Excretion

6. Correct Exercise for 40 minutes a day

7. Good Rest and Sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day

8. Think Positive and Act Positive

9. Be Courteous. Smile and Laugh

10. Being Stress-Free / Be Happy!
