Ten foods to be avoided in order to be healthy (body) [Ref:H08c26-2115h]


1. No canned / preserved food.
2. No processed food.
3. No soft drinks.
4. No cheese.
5. No margarine.
6. No deep-fried food.
7. No alcohol.
8. No smoking.
9. No white sugar
10. No Coffee. (I must admit I am guilty of taking two to four cups of coffee daily).

The above information is based on my personal experience.
