For most physicians, nutrition is not of significant interest. It is not an essential pillar of medical education.
Each generation of medical students learn about different sets of pills and procedures, but receive almost no training in disease prevention.
And in practice, doctors are not rewarded for educating patients about the merits of truly healthy lifestyles.

This is VERY interesting. Im not a vegetarian but I sure want to eat right! I eat a lot of broccoli (which prevents cancer) but I need this for more information. Thank You!
