Last evening, joining QK, I ate a very unhealthy and oily chicken chop with French fries, beans and coleslaws and a few fried sotong (cuttlefish)balls.
Before the dinner, I had two medium-size curry puffs.
No wonder my weight shot up from 56.0 kg (on Sunday morning) to 56.7 kg.
I need to spend the next whole week to reduce my weight again by calorie restriction.
I regret taking the chicken chop!
