Simple steps for Healthy Mental Breakfast:
(1) After waking up in the morning, do 10 minutes stretching exercises.
(2) Take a quick shower. (10 minutes)
(3) Recite a piece of short motivating essays or quotations.
(4) Sometimes, you write your own short motivation words/article to start your day.
(5) Take healthy food for breakfast because you are what you eat!
