My 12th homemade bread. Regular Basic bread made of 50% bread flour and 50% whole grain wheat flour with light crust made on 2013-10-09.

My 12th homemade bread. Regular Basic bread made of 50% bread flour and 50% whole grain wheat flour with light crust made on 2013-10-09.
Started at 6.45 pm
Ended at  10.15 pm
Results: looked more brownish than my 11th homemade bread.

The basic white bread was baked with Zojirushi bread maker model BB-HAQ10. Baking time: 3.5 hours. Estimated ingredients cost = $1.50. 

Recipe/Ingredients Ref: M2013J09

(1) 3/4 cup of water
(2) 1 cup of Prima brand (white) bread flour .
(3) 1 cup of 100% whole wheat flour (atta) [House Brand of KNP Trading Pte Ltd]
(4)  0.5 tablespoon of sugar
(5) 2 tablespoons of dry milk
(6) NIL teaspoon of salt
(7) 1 tablespoon of butter (Estimated)
(8) 1 teaspoon of Bake King brand instant yeast 

Note 1:  The cup and spoons are the measuring cup and spoons delivered with the Zojirushi bread maker. 

Note 2: Cooling for one hour before packing.
