My 15th homemade bread. Regular Basic white bread with light crust using cold pressed olive oil (for the 2nd time) made on 2013-10-15.
Started at 3.55 pm
Ended at 7.25 pm
Results: Looked good. But height using 2/3 cup of water was about 1 cm less than that using 3/4 cup of water. Tasted good.

The basic white bread was baked with Zojirushi bread maker model BB-HAQ10. Baking time: 3.5 hours. Estimated ingredients cost = $1.50. 

Recipe/Ingredients Ref: M2013J14

(1) 2/3 cup of water
(2) 2 cups of Prima brand (white) bread flour 
(3) 1 tablespoon of sugar
(4) 2 tablespoons of dry milk
(5) 1 teaspoon of salt
(6) 2 tablespoon of Naturel brand extra Virgin olive oil cold pressed 500 ML (Product of Spain) bought on 14 June 2012
(7) 1 teaspoon of Bake King brand instant yeast 

Note 1:  The cup and spoons are the measuring cup and spoons delivered with the Zojirushi bread maker. 

Note 2: Cooling for one hour before packing.

Results: Looked good. But height using 2/3 cup of water was about 1 cm less than that using 3/4 cup of water. Tasted good.
