My 21st homemade bread but a failed experiment. Baking started at 6.38 pm on 2013-10-30.

No salt
My own Ground Multi whole grain, nuts, beans and seeds: 70 G
Prima Bread flour 135 g
Milk. 4 tablespoons
Water 3/4 cups
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Setting: Light crust.
Result: Failed experiment. Please see the attached photos. The crust is brownish and hard. However interior of the bread is soft and eatable. Taste is OK for me.
