My 27th homemade bread on 2013-11-11. Simple basic white bread. Light crust. Used butter and milk without Inulin. All bread flour.

My 27th homemade bread on 2013-11-11. Simple basic white bread. Light crust. Started at 4.27. 

Recipe same as my 13th homemade bread. Used 2/3 cup of water.  2 cups of bread flour , 1.5 tablespoons of butter. Sugar 1 tablespoon. Ordinary milk powder without Inulin, 1 teaspoon of salt , 1 teaspoon of instant yeast .
