My 29th homemade bread. Basic white bread with 1/8 cup multi whole grain cereal. Light crust. Baking time 3.5 hours. Started at 5.49 pm.
Results: smaller and less soft. Ok for me.

Whole wheat flour 1 cup
My D-I-Y Multi whole grains cereal 1/8 cup (20 grams)
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Nano calcium milk powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Borges olive oil 1 tbsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp
