What you eat becomes your body. Your body is healthy if and only if you eat healthy foods most of the time. If you eat unhealthy foods most of the time, you body inside will never be healthy even you exercise 2 to 3 hours daily.
Without a healthy body, everything you achieve means nothing.
I suggest, every day you take one green smoothie and a cereal consisting of multi whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds, and lean meats and fish. Take only healthy foods at least 5 days a week.
It is not difficult to prepare the above mentioned healthy foods.
