(1) salmon and walnuts for omega-3 fatty acids; 

(2) spinach and carrots for vitamin A; 

(3) brazil nuts for selenium; and 

(4) oysters and cashews for zinc.

(5) All help maintain scalp and hair health, as do:
          (a) low-fat dairy, 
          (b) whole grains, 
          (c) vegetables. 

Double the results: foods good for your hair are also good for your heart.
