My soft white machine-made bread on 2015-07-12. Started at 6.57 pm. Based on the photos, too much water was added. But surprisingly, the flour rose to about 2 cm from top of container at time of 1 hour 42 minutes before end of baking. Baking started at 52 minutes before end of baking. Results = No Good. Why ? Don't know. Haha!
