Just cooked (7.30 pm on 20 November 2016) another S.O.S. free soup for TT and myself. No rice.
S.O.S. free food is food prepared or cooked with NO added salt, NO added oil and NO added sugar.
Ingredients:

*8 sulphur free red dates with seeds removed
*1 big tomatoe
*1/2 medium onion
*Garlic
*1/2 yellow pepper
*3 medium potatoes
*1/4 medium cabbage
*1.5 medium carrots
*100g sliced angoli fish
*100g sliced chicken breast
*100g minced pork
*Plain water about 1.25 litres.

Easy and simple.
Taste:

Tasty enough for us. Can be made tastier by adding more red dates and onions, garlic, etc. Or other raw or dried plant ingredients.
For : 3 to 4 persons.
Healthy? Answer= Yes.

This time, a new non-stick induction 24 cm 5 litre pot was used for the first time.
