SOS-free mixed meats fish vegetables soup

I cooked healthy SOS-free mixed meats and fish vegetables soup for TT at 7.30 pm 2017-02-14. 

Ingredients:

100g sliced pork, 

100g minced pork, 

100g sliced chicken breast. 

100g sliced batang fish,

2 medium carrots,

5 medium potatoes, 

1 big onion, 

100g Australia blue pumpkin,

Some China wongbok (da bai cai)

1 litre of plain water.

No. of serves = 4 persons

Tasty: Yes.

Healthy and nutritious: Yes

No rice is required.
