Healthier Sunday Cooking for BB and GG on 23-9-07


I cooked the following for today lunch especially for BB and GG while Latte is away in casino.

(1) Fried spinach with garlic and vegetable oil.

(2) White rice porridge with fried 300 g. sliced fish + 2 x long fish cake + ½ small cabbage + garlic.

The above foods are much more healthier and more nutritious than those bought from the neighbourhood hawker food center.
