How to Get Over Bad Mood?


The following are some suggestions.

(1) Tell yourself you want to be in good mood.
(2) Walk with your head up and chest up.
(3) Get far away from the people or things which have given you bad mood, if possible.
(4) Engage in an activity that you enjoy or need to do and demand your full attention.
(5) Recall something or someone who makes you happy and daydream about it or him/her.
(6) Listen or sing your favourite songs.
(7) Do physical exercise.
(8) Find someone to talk to.
(9) Play with your pet dog or cat.
(10) Watch a young child or children play.
(11) Take a good shower.
(12) Have your own list of things to do to get over bad mood.
