Frosty Pine-Orange Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
· 12 ounces orange juice
· 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
· 1 1/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. Serve immediately.
