I bought organic Kangkong 蕹菜 又称空心菜(kang kong, kang kung, Water spinach) for the first time on 25 August 2012 for my green smoothie.


On 25-8-2012, Saturday, at about 1155 am I bought organic Kangkong 蕹菜 (Water spinach) at S$2.00 (about 250 grams) from a vegetable stall in the wet market near my home. The kangkong is a product of Fireflies Health Farm ( http://www.fireflies.sg/ ).

Attached is the photo of the Kangkong 蕹菜 I bought today.

    Ahhh! I didn't know that the wet market stalls stock Fireflies' produce! Which market is this?

    I buy organic green vegetables like kailan, cai xin, spinach and xiao bai cai, etc for my green smoothie once a week from a vegetable stall in the wet market near my home. The price is S$2.00 for about 250 grams of vegetable. The stall was recommended to me by Fire Flies Health Farm about 2 years ago.
