Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Hot Cereal (whole grain plus flaxseed) to use used an ingredient of my multi whole grain food.

On 30-6-2013, TL bought for me a packet of Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Hot Cereal (whole grain plus flaxseed) 16 oz i.e. 453 grams at S$4.85 from Giant Vivo city [receipt bore CS (i.e. Cold Storage) Vivo city].

The following is from the printing on the front of the packaging :
