Careless and bad habit cost me my iPhone 4S

This morning (2014-09-30), due my careless and bad habit, I dropped my iPhone 4S in a bail of water in my toilet.

That's the end of my iPhone.

I had no choice but buying a new Asus smart from Best Denki, at about 11.00 am at S$299.00.

My current BMI is within the healthy range of 18.5 to 22.9.

For me, the range of healthy weight is 50.9786 kg (BMI = 18.5) to 63.10324 kg (BMI = 22.9).

People with BMI values of 23 kg/m2 (or 25 kg/m2 according to some sources) and above have been found to be at risk of developing heart disease and diabetes.

To be healthy, I must have a healthy weight.

Be as lean as possible without being underweight, as recommended by World Cancer Prevention Foundation, United Kingdom.

I just scanned through the book "The End of Diabetes: The Eat to Live Plan to Prevent and Reverse Diabetes" by Dr Joel Fuhrman. I bought the book recently for Latte (TT).

According to his Nutritarian food pyramid for diabetics (page 52), the daily food for a diabetic should be up to 70% vegetables including salads to help heal the diabetes. No processed foods, milk, cheese, beef and sugar.

This was the first time I bought Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain 10 Grain Flour (Stone Ground). 

I shall use it as an ingredient of my multi grains cereal.

10 Grain Flour is freshly ground on cool and slow turning, century-old stone-buhr millstones from a unique blend of flavorful whole grains that are packed with nutrition. This wonderful flour contains whole wheat, whole grain rye, whole grain triticale, whole grain oats, whole grain corn, whole grain barley, brown rice, whole grain millet, flaxseeds and soybeans. Problem with My new Tefal food chopper due prolonged use

Note dated 2014-10-17: Since 2014-09-19 , I have stopped using this Tefal food chopper and on 2014-10-17, I decided to stop using it forever. 

On 2014-09-19 at about 5.00 pm, part of the Tefal food chopper melt and dropped out while I ground my brown probably due to hear as the "tip" was very hot and due to the fact I ground the rice continuously for too long because the rice could not turn finer as I wanted.

I threw away the brown rice ground invade some "dropped paint" fell into the rice.
