SOS-free soup with dry Japanese seaweed added on 2016-12-07

Cooked (6.30 pm on 7 December 2016) another S.O.S. free soup for TT and myself. No rice.

S.O.S. free food is food prepared or cooked with NO added salt, NO added oil and NO added sugar.

Ingredients:
=========
*14 sulphur free red dates with seeds removed
*1/2 medium onion
*Small piece of ginger
*some Garlic
*4 medium potatoes
*1/8 big cabbage
*1.5 medium carrots
*2 tablespoons of dry Japanese seaweeds
*100g sliced angoli fish
*100g sliced chicken breast
*100g minced pork
*Plain water about 1.00 litres.

Cooking method: 
==========
Boiled the ingredients in a stick free pot placed on an induction cooker. Easy and simple.

Taste:
=====
Good.

For : 2 to 4 persons.

Healthy?  Answer= Yes.
