Bob's Red Mill whole grain 10 grain hot cereal bought on 2013-06-30 for the first time -- whole grain !

On 2013-06-30, LT helped me to buy two packets (per packet 708 grams or 25 oz)of Bob's Red Mill whole grain 10 grain hot cereal at S$5.65 each from Giant Vivo City ( but receipt still showed Cold Storage, Vivo City ). I would use this hot cereal as an ingredient of my multi grain rice/cereal.

The 10-Grain hot Cereal is made from stone ground high protein hard red wheat, rye, triticale, oat bran, oats, corn, barley, soy beans, brown rice, millet, and flaxseed.
