• Healthier SG is a national initiative to help you stay healthy, detect health issues early & manage chronic conditions well. 

• SG residents aged 60 & above will start receiving MOH’s SMS invite to enrol, followed by those aged 40 to 59.

🔹 Get $20 worth of Healthpoints after your 1st free consultation 

🔹 Enjoy fully-subsidised nationally recommended screenings & vaccinations for SG citizens

Enrol on HealthHub app when you receive MOH’s SMS invite.  

2️⃣ *See your doctor*

Create your free Health Plan with your preferred Healthier SG clinic.

3️⃣ *Participate*

Follow your Health Plan & participate in activities listed on Healthy 365 app.
