On 2011-09-10, Saturday, at 1700 hour, I bought a packet of 500-gram Ally brand amaranth of Peru origin at S$8.00 from the Hi En LLP (http://www.hi-en.asia) booth at World Food Fair 2011 at Suntec City.

I shall use amaranth as an ingredient for my multi-grain rice.

You may be able to buy Ally brand amaranth at NTUC Fairprice Finest stores in Singapore.
