Vegetarian SOS free black beans soup cooked on 2016-12-12

Cooked (7.45 pm on 12 December 2016) a vegetarian S.O.S. free soup for TT, BB and myself. No rice.

S.O.S. free food is food prepared or cooked with NO added salt, NO added oil and NO added sugar.

Ingredients:
=========

*200 grams of black beans
*18 sulphur free red dates with seeds removed
*1/2 big onion
*Some garlic
*5 small potatoes
*1.5 medium carrots
*Plain water about 0.8 litres.

Cooking method: 
==========
Cooked black beans with pressure cooker for 45 minutes first. 

Boiled the ingredients in a stick free pot placed on an induction cooker.

 Easy and simple.

Taste:
=====
Good.

For : 2 to 4 persons.

Healthy?  Answer= Yes.

Note: If need more soup, more red dates or sweet fruits should be added.
