My Ten Commandments of Living for Today Version 3 (Ref: i09A01)

1. Have and execute daily plan

2. Do at least a good deed no matter how trivial

3. Eat the right foods

4. Drink 2 litres of water daily

5. Good Excretion with good bowel movement

6. Correct physical and mental exercises

7. Good Rest and Sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day

8. Think Positive and Act Positive

9. Be Courteous, Smile and Laugh

10. Be Happy!
