Vegan/vegetarians and Protein

Vegan/vegetarians can get enough protein from plants such as soya beans, broccolli, other beans and nuts, etc.

If you are sensitive or allergic to soy products, you can eat nuts or use other dried beans to balance out any protein needs.

You are suggested to do your own research or consult your nutritionist if you have any doubt!
