My 26th homemade bread. Baking started at 12.45 pm on 2013-11-11. Simple bread. Light crust. 3.5 hours.
Results: Bad. The bread was a cuboid: Length 13 cm , Width 10 cm, Height 8 cm. The possible reasons: too much oil, or wrong oil?
Bread maker used: Zojirushi bread maker model BB-HAQ10.

(A) Water 7/8 cup
(B) Whole wheat flour 1 cup
(C) White bread flour 1 cup
(D) Milk powder 3 tablespoons
(E) Borges brand Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
(F) Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
(G) Salt 1/2 teaspoon
(H) Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
