How to make homemade multi whole grains+nuts+beans+seeds cereal?

Ingredients: hard red wheat, rye, triticale, oat bran, oats, corn, barley, soy beans, brown rice, millet, buckwheat, polenta, black glutinous rice, farina wheat,  almond, Brazil nuts, walnut, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oat brans and Waitrose 10 Love Life 500-gram bean mix [ consisting of Ingredients Black eyed beans (20%), black turtle beans (10%), butter beans (10%), haricot beans (10%), lima beans (10%), pinto beans (10%), red kidney beans (10%), rose cocoa beans (10%), alubia beans (5%), mung beans (5%).]

Photo 1: Raw multi whole grains+nuts+beans+seeds. About 900+ grams.

Photo 2:  Multi whole grains+nuts+beans+seeds after grounding with my blender chopper.

Photo 3: Packed into 6 plastic bags. 150 grams each. Energy about 500+ kcal each.

Photo 4: Put 150 grams of multi whole grains+nuts+beans+seeds in a bowl.

Photo 5:  Add 450ml of just boiled water to 150 grams of multi whole grains+nuts+beans+seeds in a bowl.

Photo 6: After microwaved for 2 mins.

Photo 7: Aftering striiring and microwaved again for 2 mins. And ready to eat!
