1. Do not go to coffee shop or hawker centre or Restaurants.
2. Do not take commercial beverages. Drink only plain water or home made beverages.
3. Do not take processed foods except those healthy foods only available in processed form like canned sardines.
4. Eat only home cooked or prepared food.
5. Cook or prepare only simple nutritious and healthy foods.
6. Eat raw where possible.
7. Do not use added oil, salt and sugar if possible when preparing food.
8. Use minimal lightings at home.
9. Sleep by 9 or 10 pm.
10. Stop reading all printed newspapers or magazines except free ones.
