My healthy and nutritious lunch on 2014-10-31: S.O.S.-free multi whole grains cereal.
The ingredients:
Just boiled water, Bob's Red Mill 10 grains flour (containing whole wheat, whole grain rye, whole grain triticale, whole grain oats, whole grain corn, whole grain barley, brown rice, whole grain millet, flaxseeds and soybeans) and ground Waitrose brand 10 bean mix ( containing a mix of black eyed beans, black turtle beans, butter beans, haricot beans, lima beans, pinto beans, red kidney beans, rose cocoa beans, alubia beans and mung beans) and black sesame powder, ground almonds, ground walnuts, ground Brazil nuts, ground pumpkin seeds, ground sunflower seeds.
Non water ingredients: about 170 grams.
Cooked with microwave oven. 2+2 minutes.
