My 44th homemade bread on 2015-06-12 . Soft. Good.


My 44th homemade bread on 2015-06-12, Friday. Soft. Good.

Note: I left the flour, yeast and butter on a table for 30 minutes that they were at room temperature before I started baking. Also I used lukewarm water for baking.

Regular white basic bread soft.

I Used Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Bread Maker.
Start  7.58 pm
End 10.58 pm
3 hours
When 52 minutes left, baking started.
2 cups of Bob's Red Mill Unbromated Unbleached Organic White Flour for bread making
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk powder1 tbsp
Salt 0.5 Tsp
Water 2/3 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp

Results: 8 cm x 7 cm x 11 cm. Good. Soft.
