My experiences with health supplements

*I don't have teeth and gum problems and mouth ulcers, hand eczema anymore* after I re -started to take the following regularly every day before 2359 hours 2 years ago:

1. Multivitamins,
2. Vitamin C 1000mg
3. B Complex 100,

Now I also take
4. OMEGA 3 fish oil
5. Biotin 10000mcg (for hair and skin, finger nails. Very good)
6. zinc 15mg
7. Other less important health supplements.

*My overall immune system is much better too. All thanks to the health supplements I take.*

Sometimes I feel getting sick,  just take Panadol, take a good sleep and get well again.
