The greens and beans diet for daibetic patients

Dr. Joel Fuhrman, M.D., says, "... The point here is that the major source of carbohydrates in the diabetic diet should be beans, not grains or root vegetables like potatoes. I sometimes call my diabetic recommendations the greens and beans diet."
