Singapore Hospice Council (SHC) celebrates 25 years of positive transformational journey in the hospice and palliative care movement in Singapore. Funds raised from our Silver Jubilee Charity Show held on 27 March 2021 had helped us to continue our advocacy efforts to impact and transform more lives.
Thank you to all performing artistes, sponsors, donors and partners of our charity show and online shop. Our event would not have been made possible if not for your generosity and contribution. Together, we can bring greater awareness on hospice and palliative care and get more individuals to start on their end-of-life care plan.
