On Saturday 25 December 2021, there were a total of 248 new Covid-19 cases, of which 66 were imported.
One person died from the virus, taking Singapore's death toll to 821.
The new cases included 182 locally transmitted cases - comprising 177 from the community and five from the migrant workers' dormitories.
The weekly infection growth rate is at 0.56, up from 0.52 on Friday. This refers to the ratio of community cases for the past week over the week before.
