The HEALTHGRAIN Forum is an association founded in May 2010 as the follow-up organisation of the EU 6th Framework Programme Integrated Project HEALTHGRAIN - "Exploiting Bioactivity of European Cereal Grains for Improved Nutrition and Health Benefits".

Its Mission is "To promote science based concepts fully unlocking the health promoting potential in the entire grain processing chain to obtain healthy, convenient and appealing foods"

Its Vision is "Grain based foods assist consumers in health maintenance worldwide, help reduce health care costs and provide added value for companies in the production chain."
