You are what you eat!
Remember the saying,
“You are what you eat.” If we eat unhealthy and less nutritious foods most of
the time, our bodies will be harmed like a frog being hurt gradually in a slow
cooking pot. We should find ways to feed our family with healthy and nutritious
foods most of the time.
