My 42nd homemade bread was made on 2015-05-13, Wednesday after the 41st bread made on 2015--05-10.
This bread was made with Bob's Red Mill Unbromated Unbleached Organic White Flour for handmade bread and bread machines.
Light crust. Started at 6.02 pm. Baking with timer = 3 hours 30 minutes. I Used Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Bread Maker.
Ingredients: (Recipe ref: Bread2015-05-13)
7/8 cup of water (not 2/3 cup)
2 and 1/3 cups of Bob's Red Mill Unbromated Unbleached Organic White Flour for bread making
1 Tbsp SIS brand icing sugar
1 Tbsp Anlene milk powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp Knife brand veg. oil
2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast (not 1 tsp)
[Results]: Not as soft as white bread bought in provision shop. Dimensions: 6 cm x 9 xm x 12 cm. Slightly shortrr than the 41th bread Tasted ok for me.
[Action plan]: For my 43rd homemade bread I would modify the recipe next time. I would use only 1.5 cups of flour and 2 tsp of active yeast instead of 2 tsp. 7/8 cup water. 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp milk powder. 1 tbsp sugar. 1 tsp salt.
[Note]: A Bob's Red Mill Unbromated Unbleached Organic White Flour 680g (24 Oz) packet or bag was almost exactly sufficient for my 40th, 41st and 42nd homemade bread, equivalent to 6 and 1/3 cups of the Zojirushi measuring cup.
