On 16 August 2010, Monday for the first time, I bought a packet of Organic cai xin (Choi Sum, Brassica parachinensis) produced by FireFlies Health Farm) about 250 grams at S$2.00 from a Fruits & Vegetables Shop at Block 8 Queen’s Road.
I shall use the organic cai xin as another green ingredient for my smoothie.
