Repetition of good habits is the mother of health.

The healthiest, longest-living people all share many common practices, routines, and habits. It has been said, “Repetition is the mother of skill.” 

Well let me add that “repetition” is also the mother of health. 

By consistently engaging in certain habits, you can enjoy a healthier and longer life.
