I bought a Philips Pressure Cooker HD2139（6L）online on 2014-09-97 from qoo10.com.sg at S$105.90. It was delivered on 2014--09-22. Two warranty by the seller.
I only opened the box on 2014-12-08 at 5.30 pm. The cooker has Chinese language display panel. But photocooy of English manual was enclosed.
However the power point adapter enclosed cannot fit the power cable. So I use the power cable (10A. 250V.) of my faulty Taiyo pressure cooker model PC51M for this new Philips pressure cooker.
To "clean" the cooker, I poured 7 cups of plain water into the washed pot. Then cooked the water by pressing Soup button and Start button. Then followed the instructions of manual.
I am going to use this pressure cooker to cook my multi whole grains cereal.
