My healthy and nutritious breakfast on 2013-09-03 at 7.10 am: Multi whole grains cereal of my own formula.

My healthy and nutritious breakfast on 2013-09-03 at 7.10 am: Multi whole grains cereal of my own formula. 

Ingredients: Organic brown rice, organic millet, organic buckwheat, oats, pearl barley, black glutinous rice flaxseed, walnut, almond, Brazil nut, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, black sesame powder, polenta, organic soya bean, Bob's 10 hot grain cereal (whole grain). Total weight about 80 grams. Energy about 320 kcal. 

Ground the cereal with a blender chopper first. Added 220 ml of hot water. Microwaved for 2 + 1 minutes. Let it cool down on a big plate if you are in a hurry.
