My late lunch on 2013-09-01, Sunday at about 1.30 pm. 150 grams of Bob's Red Mill brand "10 grain hot cereal" (Whole grain) and 1.5 table spoons of black sesame powder and plain water 500 ml. Microwave 2 mins + 3 mins.
My comment: the cereal cooked was still coarse and a bit hard. Next I shall grind it with my blender chopper before cooking.
