My SOS-free diet (no added sugar, no added oil and no added salt)


I just realized two days ago, my daily main foods: Green smoothie and my D.I.Y. multi-wholegrains+Beans+Nuts+Seeds cereal are called SOS-free diet.

The ingredients of my cereal and smoothie are all whole foods excluding the peeled skins of fruits.  

No SOS  = No added sugar. No added oil. No added salt!
