My dinner on 2014/01/01: D.I.Y. 130-gram Cereal consisting of Multi whole grains, beans, nuts and milk powder. Water 400ml added before cooing.
My dinner on 2014/01/01: D.I.Y. 130-gram Cereal consisting of Multi whole grains, beans, nuts and milk powder. Water 400ml added before cooking with microwave oven 2+2 minutes.
