Smoothie Papaya+ Banana + Orange (Most Delicious!)

At about 3.00 pm on 2008-09-20 (Saturday), I made my third smoothie with the following:

(a) One Orange without skin and seeds = 130g.
(b) Chopped Papaya without skin and seeds = 130g
(c) Chopped and then Frozen Banana (1 big banana) without skin = 120 g
(d) Ice cubes = 100g
(e) Cold water = 50 ml

Method: Use Smoothie Function of Philips Blender HR 2094 3 times for about 20 seconds each time with a 5-second break in between.

Total Estimated Dietary Fiber = 8.40 g.
Total Estimated Energy = 214.9 kcal
Smoothie produced with Philips Blender HR 2094 = About 440 ml
No. of Serves = 2

Estimated Dietary Fiber per serve = 4.20g
Estimated Energy per serve = 107.45 kcal
Volume of smoothie per serve = 220 ml

Tasters: Myself (1 serve 220 ml ) and BB (1 serve 220 ml )

Verdict: Not sour. Sweet and not very sweet. Most delicious so far.

for added boost buy fresh young coconuts at your local asian grocery store and add the coconut juice to your smoothie, you can also scrap out the meat of the coconut with a spoon for added flavor but it will add extra fat. Fresh coconut juice is loaded with nutrients and electrolytes that speed recovery after a workout. Ted
