As at 2359 hr today, food already taken:

(b) 1 cups of Gold Roast low sugar 3-in-1 Coffee = 70 kca

(c) 1 x slice(s) of Gardenia high fibre white bread = 68.5 kcal

(d) 1 x 140 g. apple. (65 kcal/125g.) = about 73 kcal

(e) 1 mixed vegetable rice BRR mkt (2 veg +Taukua) = about 400 kcal

(f) 1 cup of Gold Kili Traditional black coffee with sugar (No fat) = 63 kcal

(g) 1 cup of Gold Kili Traditional black coffee with sugar (No fat)(Bee Sun) = 63 kcal

At 7.00 pm, 2 August 2007, I took 1 x OMEPRAZOLE 20 mg capsule and 2 x DICLOFENAC SOD EC 25 mg tablet again because the left foot “behind ankle” slightly ached again. (After seeing doctor on 20th July 2007 because the slightly swollen part behind the angle bone just above the right foot got worse. It ached and I walked with slight limping.)
